Effective July 1, 2026, Google is transitioning to a new backup care provider. Visit go/backupcare to register and book all care through the new platform starting on that date. For care utilized in June, please ensure you submit your Personal Network reimbursement requests through your Care.com account within 30 days of when the care occurred, with a final deadline of July 10, 2026, for all June claims. Note that the 30-day submission requirement remains in effect, so care that took place in early June must be submitted within its 30-day window rather than waiting until the July 10 final cutoff.
